We sing Barbershop Harmony every Thursday 7:30 to 10 pm at the Redeemer Covenant Church, 6800 Main St., Orangevale. The members of the Folsom Harmony Express invite you to come join us for a good night of singing and enjoyment.
A free mother’s support group for women who are raising children/grandchildren of all ages invites mothers to join this supportive group of ladies in learning how to be the best parents God wants us to be. The group meets on Tuesday mornings from 9:30am-11:30am at Orangevale Church of Christ, 5915 Main Avenue in Orangevale. Free child care is provided for infants up to two years old. A Christian based Preschool program is provided for children 3-5 years old, free of charge for mothers who are attending the classes. For more information, or to enroll, please call 916-988-2011.

DECEMBER 1-31 SPCA’s “Home for the Holidays” adoption fees on all animals will be reduced by half (cats $40, dogs $50, rabbits $20). Rabbits are all spayed or neutered before going home, and all cat and dog adoptions include a spay or neuter surgery, vaccinations, a microchip, a certificate for a free veterinary office visit and more.
