DECEMBER 1-31 SPCA’s “Home for the Holidays” adoption fees on all animals will be reduced by half (cats $40, dogs $50, rabbits $20). Rabbits are all spayed or neutered before going home, and all cat and dog adoptions include a spay or neuter surgery, vaccinations, a microchip, a certificate for a free veterinary office visit and more.
